As both a design and build project, every detail has been carefully massaged and articulated, with the bigger picture to create an enduring and comfortable that feels both familiar yet unique and luxurious in an unassuming and knowing way. 

The decision to combine views and clearly defined visual access between the interior and the surrounding natural elements helps frame animated scenes, with an unobstructed view of the sunset closing out each day in the distance.  

Lynton Residence balances both privacy and seclusion, while also emphasising an overall expanded sense of scale throughout. The muted neutrals, natural stone and timber are combined with key tactile touchpoints where artisanal fixtures hint at the home having its own subtle personality.
